RaceWax Digital Gift Card

I am not sure how common it is, but due to technical difficulties and the holidays, the digital gift certificate was downloadable a little over a week after purchase instead of a few days before Christmas, despite being paid with PayPal. Customer service was quick to respond about the technical problems. I received updates from my contact there and was able to pass the gift card along for Christmas, albeit about a week later than planned.
